Episode 17, Season 2 - Dorothy Stratten and Paul Snider


In 1978, pretty Vancouver teenager, Dorothy Hoogstraten was working at a local Dairy Queen, thinking she’d become a secretary once she graduated high school.


Within a year, she was in the pages of Playboy Magazine. By April of 1980, she was named Playmate of the Year.


By August of that same year, Dorothy would be brutally murdered by the man who promised to love her until death did them part.
